The Black Barn is a modern style farm/barn venue located in the heart of Orlando minutes away from popular highways such as 417 and 408. We are located on 5 acres of zoned agricultural working farm land, we are a home to friendly farm animals, where we offer interactions with the horses and horseback riding, and have space for our locally grown farm market.

The beautiful mix of foliage keeps The Black Barn tucked privately away from surrounding neighbors and you can enjoy the beautiful view to celebrate your special day right in the heart of Orlando.

The Black Barn offers a relaxed and warm environment for all types of events: weddings, receptions, family parties, reunions, graduation parties, and other private events. From the air conditioned indoor Chapel to the cocktail hour hosted under the market lights, the Barn is the highlight of the of the farm with its minimalist modern style.
We take pride in all that we do as a family and wanted to create a barn venue that people can have a creative mind with for their event. We love the opportunity for the community to be able to see the many activities that agritourism has to offer. We have poured our heart and soul into making every piece of our property into something that future generations can truly enjoy.

Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of
the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of
agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
The law does not protect the operator in the case of gross negligence or malice but provides some assurance for those hesitant to embark upon an agritourism venture because of concerns about the liabilities associated with opening a farm to the public. The legal language used to craft this law was similar to that of other states, among them North Carolina, which passed similar liability protections for agritourism operations beginning in 2005 (North Carolina General Assembly, 2016). Note that the law is not a substitution for farm liability insurance and should not be construed to replace the protections that insurance may provide an agritourism operator.
